This cold and flu season, we want to keep your family as safe as possible. We have designated separate well and sick areas within our office with temporary plastic walls. We are doing our best to limit the spread of illness and protect our patients.
If your child has ANY signs of illness this cold and flu season, please use our Sick Clinic. Symptoms of illness including fever, cough, runny nose, congestion, sore throat, ear pain, vomiting and diarrhea should all be addressed in the Sick Clinic.
Well visits including newborn care, routine checkups, immunizations, and medication checks will be seen on the Well Side. Symptoms including constipation, injuries, sleep problems, and chronic medical conditions will also be seen on the Well Side. If you are unsure, please call or text the office for assistance in scheduling your appointment..
When you pull into Highland Pediatrics, park in front of the main entrance for well child care. For SICK VISITS ONLY, please follow the new signs to park along the side of the building.
Park in any of the designated sick parking locations. Once parked, call or text the office at (423) 877-4591 to announce your arrival.
At the start of your visit, our provider will call you to discuss your child's illness over the phone. You will then be brought inside for an examination, any necessary testing, and a treatment plan for your child's illness.
